How do I return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us 1-877-961-3797 between the hours of 10:00AM - 6:00PM EST Monday thru Friday and we will assist you with your return. Items must be repacked in original packaging and a copy of your invoice included. RMA number required for all returns. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it is delivered so you have plenty of time to return unwanted items. We will not be able to issue any refund or credit after 30 days from date of shipment. Items returned must be in the same sellable condition as when received. Fabrics that have been cut, dyed or washed may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that fabrics and trims quantities less than two yards as well as samples cannot be returned for refund or credit.
